We only service homes in unincorporated and rural areas. If you live inside a city limit, trash is handled by the municipal contract.
2026 Holiday Schedule
Down Home Disposal observes four major holidays. If your regular pickup day falls on one of these dates, service will be delayed by one day that week (Tuesday becomes Wednesday, Wednesday becomes Thursday, Thursday becomes Friday).

Common Schedule Questions
What day is my trash pickup?
Tuesday for Franklin and Thompson's Station, Wednesday for Spring Hill and Columbia, Thursday for Pulaski. You'll be picked up on the same day every week, all year long, unless a holiday delays the route.
What happens when a holiday falls on my pickup day?
Your pickup is pushed one day later that week. If Tuesday is a holiday, your trash goes out Wednesday. Only the four holidays listed above affect the schedule.
What time should I put my cart out?
Have your cart at the curb by 6:00 AM on your pickup day. Routes start early and we can't always come back.
Can I change my pickup day?
Pickup days are route-based, so the day is set by where your home is located. Call us at (931) 309-2245 if you have questions about your specific address.
